PROTEST UPDATE (APRIL 29th UPDATE)

Below is the latest update to our plans for the Crystal Palace protest taking place Sunday 11th May. Please see our protest announcement below this update for full details.

STADIUM PROTEST

We have been informed that the club is planning a tribute video during half-time at the Palace game to honour fans who have sadly lost their lives over the past season, and not a VE Day memorial as previously stated.

Fans wishing to pay their respects are encouraged to do so, and then join the concourse protests once the tribute video has ended. We respectfully ask that no protest chants are sung during the tribute.

REVISED CALL TO ACTION

After further consultation with the club, it has been agreed that fans seated in other parts of the stadium should not make their way to the South Stand due to health and safety concerns. If your seats are in the West, East, or North Stands, we ask that you stay within your respective concourses and follow the plan below.

Please note: you will not be permitted to move into the South Stand – we ask that all fans respect this requirement.

Our stadium protest is expected to begin around 3:15 PM but will not start until after the tribute video finishes. We ask fans to delay their return to their seats for 10 minutes.

Fans who wish to do so are also encouraged not to return to their seats for the second half. Many supporters will instead be showing their backing by visiting local businesses during the second half.

Thank you for your understanding and support. Let’s stand together and make our voices heard — respectfully and powerfully.

PROTEST ACCOUNCEMENT

OUR CLUB – OUR VOICE

PROTEST DATE: SUNDAY 11TH MAY
FIXTURE: CRYSTAL PALACE

We protest because the fans deserve better. Year after year, we give everything — our money, our time, our belief — while ENIC gives us nothing but excuses. This club is nothing without its supporters, and together we demand ambition, accountability, and a future we can be proud of.

Silence is complicity — and we refuse to accept mediocrity as the standard.

MARCH TO THE WEST STAND
Meeting Time: 1.00pm
March Time: 1.30pm
Meeting Point: Junction of Lordship Lane/High Road (Outside Sports Direct)
March Route: We will be marching to the entrance of the West Stand

HALF TIME STADIUM PROTEST

We’re calling on all fans, in every section of the stadium, to remain on the concourse and delay returning to their seats for 10 minutes at the start of the second half. We are also presenting an option to not return to your seats for the second half.

South Stand
Fans are asked to gather on the outside concourse at half-time. Wave your yellow flags, raise your scarves, and chant together in unity.

East/North/West Stands
If you’re able, please join fellow fans on the South Stand’s outside concourse at half-time. If not, volunteers will be in the internal concourses of your stands to lead the protest and chants.

Boycott the Second Half & Support Local Businesses
Some fans are choosing not to return to their seats for the second half, instead heading to local pubs to continue the protest and create a party atmosphere. CFT is in touch with local businesses, and we’re hopeful some will offer incentives during this time — more details to follow.
